We were treated to glorious sunshine today, on what must be one of the very last days of summer. We walked all round Hickling Broad, the largest of the Norfolk Broads, to record our second episode of the podcast. We heard and saw grasshoppers, bees, wasps, geese, irritable ducks and a thousand mating pairs of dragonflies. We even managed to get twenty minutes with one of the bird hides all to ourselves which was handy for recording. Episode 2 is full of the sounds of rustling reeds, singing crickets and Ed and Shey chomping on homemade pizza. Coming soon to a streaming service near you.
